Distribution
STATUS: A common species which is widely distributed from the Moluccas to the Solomon Islands. Subspecies thasia is restricted to New Guinea.
PAPUA LOCALITIES: Supiori Island; Japen Island: Waropen; Numfor Island: Namber; Pulau Wakde; Pulau Anus; New Guinea: Akimuga, Arbuejo, Borme, Dabra, Fakfak, Jayapura, Manokwari, Mokwam, Nabire, Timika, Topo, Ubrub, Waena, Yongsu. Details in gazetteer.
